While the times are highly stressful, it also gives us the opportunity to take note of things we typically take for granted. Some things I am thankful for -

• Family time (& FaceTime). 
• An immune system that works, mine & of those whom I love. 
• Enough food to eat & a job to keep. 
• Morning walks! 
• A backyard to look at spring.
• Noise-canceling headphones.
• Time to reflect. 
• My cardmaking superpower. 
• Jenga, playing cards & Ludo. 

As life becomes harder , it also becomes richer . With fewer expectations, all the good things that come in become unexpected gifts!

Giving Thanks this week with Kraftgali

Hello Everyone, And Happy Turkey Day to everyone who celebrates it!! 

I know it's a little late, but I thought it would be fitting to make a couple

Thank you cards.

I created one card that was more traditional, with traditional fall colors 

and another card that really didn't look like a fall card or thanksgiving card at all...  

with black and white plaid and purple card stock and flowers...

but it did turn out beautiful!!

In this weeks video I heat embossed the images, and then used my prismacolor

 pencils, three colors per flower on each card, I show you how I used a prismacolor

blender pencil, and then I tried a copic marker filled with gamsol .  On this technique,

Happy Saturday Everyone!!  Welcome to my first Saturday blog post.

This week to kick things off, we are going to make some fun, and simple yet beautiful

Thankful leaves and Autumn colors..

Happy Wednesday Everyone!!  This week we are using 2 stamp sets by Concord & 9th to 

create our two Autumn cards.  I figured you guys might like to see an Autumn card or two before

we dive into some major Holiday card making.  We have the Woven Plaid background stamp set,

and the Thankful Leaves turnabout stamp set.  I used the Woven Plaid as, well, my background

on both cards😏😏.. And the Thankful leaves set to stamp out some large leaves for some

copic coloring in bright Autumn colors.

As per my usual style, there are two cards in this video.  Those leaves turned out pretty awesome,
