Avery Elle Stuck on You Interactive Valentine's Day Card
Hello Kraftgali friends!
Yeah, it's Friday! And love is in the air, at least for us crafters making Valentine's Day cards! I'm sharing a sweet and simple interactive card using the Avery Elle Stuck on You stamp set.
To begin my card I made a card base with 110lb white cardstock and trimmed another piece a little bit smaller than the card. I used oxide inks in twisted citron and shabby shutters on the white cardstock. I then trimmed 3 stripes of Tim Holtz watercolor paper to 3/4" and inked with oxide inks in spun sugar, worn lipstick, and picked raspberry. Next, I ran it through my die cutting machine with three varying sizes of stitched circle dies.
I trimmed one more 110lb white cardstock to fit behind the inked paper and glued it down. I stamped the sentiments with black ink in two of the circles. Next, I stamped the cacti with memento black ink, colored with copic markers, and fussy cut out. The colors I used are: cacti-YG00, YG21, YG23, &YG25 and for the rest-RV10, RV21, RV23, & RV25.
I lined up the large cactus and used the Lawn Fawn let's toast pull tab add on die to create the pull notches. I also die cut the rest of the pieces from the set, the white pull tab, the holder, and the pink foil arrow tab. I am loving this die set, I have used it for soo many cards already, it is such a versatile set! I pop dotted my large cactus and glued dotted my smaller one to the pull tab. For the center circle, I added the leftover from the small circle and pop dotted another small cactus over it.
For my finishing touches, I die cut the hugs from Altenew Script Words die set in pink foil paper from Kraftgali's shop and added pink sequins.
This was a simple interactive but fun Valentine's Day card and hope it inspires you to get your pink on! Kraftgali has a large selection of top brands in their valentine's products, go see for yourself! And when you have created something, please share with us on the Kraftgali fan club on FB!
